Event Information
Get ready to race around one of St. John’s most iconic running loops!
The LiveBy Wealth Mundy Pond 5K returns on July 12, 2026, as Race #7 in the Toyota Plaza Road Running Series — and you’re invited.
Whether you’re chasing a new PB or enjoying a relaxed community run, this NLAA‑sanctioned event delivers a fast and friendly 5K experience. The two‑loop course around Mundy Pond is perfect for both seasoned racers and first‑timers.
And this year, we’re introducing something special:
Our first‑ever finisher’s medal for this event, presented by LiveBy Wealth Management. Cross the finish line on July 12th and it’s yours.
The 2026 Finisher Medal
The Mundy Pond 5K finisher’s medal has arrived — the first release in a planned four‑year series celebrating the Mundy Pond area and the vibrant community that surrounds it.
The 2026 edition features a bright illustrated tribute to the pond and the neighbourhood that frames our race, setting the tone for a collectible series that will unfold over the coming years.
The first 350 participants to cross the finish line on Race Day will receive a finisher’s medal.
Claim yours and take home a meaningful keepsake that reflects both your achievement and the spirit of the community.
Medal Designed by Selina Asgar.
Mundy Pond 5K registration opens June 25 — be ready to claim your spot.
